The official hotel for the 24th Annual Clinical Symposium is the Fairmont Dallas located in Dallas, Texas. A special room rate of $135 per night single/double occupancy is available for meeting participants. It is strongly recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible. This rate is offered on a space-available basis through July 10, 2006. Special-rate reservations may be made by calling the hotel at (800) 441-1414, (214) 720-2020 or online at www.fairmont.com with the promo code GRACS1. Please be sure to mention that you are with the NAOT Annual Symposium to receive the reduced convention rate.

AIR TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION
The Fairmont Dallas is located fifteen miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Taxi fares from the airport to the hotel are approximately $38.00 one-way. The Yellow Checker Shuttle has continuous service from the hotel at 5 minutes before each hour and 25 minutes past each hour between 5:55 am 5:55 pm. Cost is $17 each way. All shuttles that are Van-sized or smaller pick up on the front drive of the hotel. Mini-buses and coaches pick up at the south entrance to the hotel.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
NAOT members can pay for their CEUs along with their conference registration fees, after which NAOT will log CEUs earned directly with NBCOT. Simply mark the appropriate box on the on-line registration form and submit the $40 CEU logging fee. Please note that if you have made an appointment to take the examination in Dallas during the week of the conference, CEUs earned at the symposium will now be eligible to be logged as CEUs during the recertification process.
The educational sessions at the 2006 symposium will be submitted to the following certification agencies for continuing education credits (credit hours will be posted at a later date for NATABOC, ASRT, BOC, ABC and NBCOPA):

Attendees can earn an additional 4-8 CEUs for pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, August 2.
